Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks within San Francisco and Bay Area routes
- Inspect and maintain vehicle pre/post-trip documentation
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance
Qualifications
- Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver's Permit (CDL)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- No experience necessary—training provided
