Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds) within Oahu
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (Class 3 minimum)
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A within 90 days of hire
- Reliable transportation to our Nimitz Hwy facility
