Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, dirt, or debris to job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Basic vehicle maintenance and reporting of mechanical issues
- Represent the company professionally at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for load calculations
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
