Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with ground crew for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Support team goals with punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license (CDL-A/B preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
