Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses using personal vehicle
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and route optimization guidelines
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
