Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Seattle
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures using our mobile app
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues or delays promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery tracking app
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from our Seattle depot
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- No prior delivery experience required - we provide full training!
