Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial locations throughout San Diego.
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety protocols to minimize risk.
- Utilize mobile applications to log delivery statuses, signatures, and proof of delivery.
- Handle returns and manage unexpected delays with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) and basic smartphone usage.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
