Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and verify packages for delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during delivery.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures for COD deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies immediately.
- Follow route maps and time schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with data capabilities.
