Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and are accounted for.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery concerns.
Qualifications
- A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Physical stamina to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
