Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Oklahoma City area.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and safety during deliveries.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods using hand trucks, dollies, or lifting equipment.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and route instructions precisely.
- Accurately handle electronic paperwork, scanning delivery confirmations, and maintain logs.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer inquiries on the spot in a courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery applications.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
