Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize our proprietary mobile application to track routes, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch.
- Inspect your vehicle before and after every shift to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients politely and handling packages with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of parcels, ensuring cargo security.
- Collect payments for COD deliveries if applicable.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must possess a reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, or van).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) with a data plan.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for reading delivery instructions and communicating with customers.
