Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Load and unload cargo from the delivery vehicle using proper equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License issued by the state of Illinois.
- Clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route planning.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local driving if required.
