Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across designated Austin routes using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update real-time tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery concerns promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and priority deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong navigation skills with smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Austin depot (if applicable)
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
