Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and safety before each shift.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all local traffic laws.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints gracefully.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Log delivery activities accurately in the company app or handheld device.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Access to a reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone) with a data plan.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Kansas City metro area is a plus.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
