Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or merchandise to customers within designated New Orleans area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and warehouse organization
- Represent company brand professionally through appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
