Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Memphis metropolitan area
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery records via our mobile app
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency using GPS navigation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Memphis streets and neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
