Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout the Seattle metropolitan area
- Efficiently plan and follow optimized delivery routes using GPS technology
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures upon package completion
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery exceptions or vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company operational procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic familiarity with smartphone navigation applications
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center
