Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Operate company vehicles responsibly following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
