Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or supplies to customers within designated Jacksonville routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when requiredPerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at distribution centers
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
