Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and documents to Miami-area customers
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using provided navigation systems
- Communicate delivery status and delays through company apps
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, van, or sedan with 4+ doors)
- Smartphone with GPS capabilities and data plan
- Basic knowledge of Miami geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
