Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers across London
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Full UK driving license with less than 3 penalty points
- Basic knowledge of London road networks
- Ability to lift up to 25kg packages repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
