Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Memphis
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload packages with care and adhere to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No commercial license required (training provided)
