Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Dallas metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation via our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading packages when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for tracking app usage
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation knowledge of Dallas area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
