Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) to deliver freight across the United States.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all freight is handled with care and secured properly.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or eligibility to obtain one through our paid training program.
- Minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience (preferred for experienced hires).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) and DOT medical card.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
