Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate logbooks
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adapt to varying routes and delivery schedules
- Uphold company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and navigation skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
