Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) within assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt to changing schedules and route conditions efficiently
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time logistics coordination
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (required)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience (or recent CDL graduate)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
