Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) across regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Respond professionally to on-road emergencies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year driving experience OR willingness to complete paid training
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Flexibility for overnight travel (2-3 nights/week)
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
