Job Overview
As an Entry Level CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the region. We value safety above all else and provide the support you need to succeed on the road.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (Electronic Logging Device).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Basic understanding of trucking operations and navigation.
