Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) in the Indianapolis metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
- Assist in route optimization and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training
