Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently to deliver cargo on time.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload freight using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and all necessary paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Basic English language proficiency for effective communication.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
