Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and box trucks, on designated routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Maintain accurate logs and complete all necessary delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (No experience required).
- Must possess a clean driving record and meet FMCSA standards.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Basic computer skills for logging and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
