Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) within Austin metro area and regional routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C or higher)
- Ability to obtain CDL-A/B license (training provided)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills (GPS familiarity)
- Reliable transportation to depot
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
