Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, flatbed, or refrigerated) within designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery timelines and resolve route challenges
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B permit preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Basic math and navigation skills
- Willingness to obtain Arizona CDL during training period
- Reliable transportation to training facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
