Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) for local and regional routes
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload freight with precision using hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (training available if permit held)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load verification and documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- No CDL experience necessary – we train the right candidates!
