Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Navigate delivery routes in the Milwaukee area and surrounding regions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- No previous experience required (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (MVR) is required.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
