Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and tractor-trailers in a safe and legal manner.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure mechanical safety.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS) and logbook requirements.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (or currently enrolled in training).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Good verbal communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
