Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer service standards.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Keep the truck and trailer clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
