Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo utilizing appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation (DVIR).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
