Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for safe and timely deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo securely and perform basic preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems while maintaining on-time performance
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance
