Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and reefers) across Florida routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and communication
- Represent Sunshine Transport Solutions with professionalism and customer focus
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program)
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid medical card (or ability to obtain)
