Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) safely across Ohio and surrounding states
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Transport freight while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and route updates
- Secure cargo and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures
- Report mechanical issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance programs
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) required
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-time deliveries
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- No prior experience necessary—training provided!
