Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Colorado and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route navigation and delivery timing
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL license through our paid training program
- Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude and vehicle troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for team coordination
- No prior CDL required – we train qualified candidates!
