Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely transport freight across the Midwest region using Company-owned equipment.
- Load and unload cargo using proper tie-down techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs and all required paperwork.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUIs in the last 7 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging software and communication.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
