Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner over long and short distances.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR check).
- Entry level candidates are welcome with a valid CDL and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
