Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated routes in the Southwest region
- Inspect and maintain trucks to ensure DOT compliance and operational safety
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using industry-standard equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup interactions
- Adhere to strict HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience (CDL training acceptable)
- Clean MVR record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Flexibility for overnight travel and irregular schedules
- Must be 21+ years old with US work authorization
