Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Florida routes
- Inspect vehicles before/during/after trips for compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle loading/unloading procedures as required
- Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or Class B with willingness to upgrade)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Florida traffic laws and regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
