Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes in Florida
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while verifying delivery accuracy
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage delivery documentation and maintain electronic logging records
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo paid company training programs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
