Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across North Carolina and Southeastern routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate DOT compliance logs and documentation
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license (Class B considered)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for ELD systems
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
