Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes within Minneapolis metro area
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Document trip logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports accurately
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling techniques
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, clients, and team members
- Represent Minneapolis Logistics Solutions with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and regional routes
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
