Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently within Boston metro area
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings
- No prior CDL experience required - training provided!
